If John looks too comfortable surfing overhead waves at Rockies and Logs its because its in his 2 mile backyard that includes Backdoor and Pipe. Not to say that he is infallable, I’ve seen a recent clip of John going through the rinse cycle at Pipe that had me remind myself to breath.
